Ordering & Shipment Terms
All items on sale at the www.lizardfootwear.com Web site are held in stock by us. We aim to ship all items within five working days of receiving your order, any differences will be communicated immediately.
A confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser. At anytime, you can ask for the status of your order by emailing info@aicad.com with a specific request. Please include your order reference number.
Price and availability information displayed on the www.lizardfootwear.com web site are subject to change without previous notice. Of course this change will not affect orders that are being processed (already placed but still not fulfilled).
Shipment Charges

Shipments outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to local import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns Policy
At Lizardfootwear we want you to be pleased with your purchase every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.
• Size Fitting Problems
If you are displeased with your purchase because of faulty size fitting, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 10 days, and we will send, if available, the correct size you communicated or if not available we will full refund.
• Defective items
You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return defective items to us.
• Delivery charges for defective items
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges.
• To return an item
To return an item, please contact our operators by e-mail at info@aicad.com or faxing the numbers set out below specifying your reference number and specifying “Lizard Online Purchase”. You will be authorized to return the item; without authorisation we cannot provide a refund! Please enclose also a note with the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if possible). Then send the package to the following address:
